Train Derails In Loretto: No Injuries

The investigation into a train derailment in Loretto continues. Luckily no one was hurt but at least three train cars were off the track. The train was traveling south Friday night . The loud noise could be heard over much of the area, and soon a crowd gathered to see what was going on. The train derailed near Beartown Road, close to Highway 43, near Loretto High School. At least three cars derailed near Beartown Road and Highway 43, which is not far from Loretto High School. Railroad officials were working to clear the area.
